Contexo Media Return Policy
We are confident that our products will exceed your expectations. However, if you need to return a shipment to us please follow the instructions below so that we can expedite your return.
Incomplete or damaged shipments:
If your shipment arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us immediately so that we can replace your shipment.
All other returns:
If you are dissatisfied for any other reason you may return printed products* to us within 30 days of receipt for a full refund provided they arrive in a condition that allows for resale. No refund or credit will be given on products returned to us after 30 days. Shipping charges are not refundable.
*Unless defective, Contexo Media does not accept returns (and no refund or credit will be given) on Compact Coders, Diagnostic Code Mappers, Contexo University eLearning courses, ASCII files or other software downloads.
NOTE: Contexo Media does not accept returns (and no refund or credit will be given) on third party books/products.
To streamline the returns process, simply:
1) Call Customer Service at 1-800-334-5724 to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.
2) Note the RA number on the outside of the package and on accompanying paperwork.
3) Download the return authorization form. Print and complete the form, noting the reason for return, quantity and Item ID. Mail the completed form and the original packing slip with your return.
4) Ship product returns via a traceable carrier (UPS or Fed-Ex Ground) to:
